In addition to investing in real estate for over 20 years, Niall closed $20m in sales in the Sarasota & Lakewood Ranch area in 2024.

Niall consistently receives five star reviews from his clients. Prior to real estate, his background included advanced negotiation and brand marketing bringing a unique perspective to buyers and sellers.

In addition to residential sales and new construction, Niall specializes in historic properties and has personally renovated properties over 300 years old.

Originally from Ireland, Niall lives in Sarasota with his wife, Aisling, and his two daughters. He loves the Buffalo Bills, Irish Rugby and Manchester United. Niall also loves to cook and the kitchen is his most important room in the home.
